Dispatch
Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days
Orders placed before 12pm NZST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

You'll receive a tracking link by email
A dispatch confirmation with your tracking number and carrier link is sent automatically once your order leaves our warehouse. Use our order tracking page if you need to look it up later.
